Today we're opening up Tiimpay to South Sudan.
Moving money here has never really needed a bank branch — it happens hand to hand, corner to corner, through people you trust. Tiimpay doesn't try to replace that. It digitizes it: the same network, the same trust, now with a wallet, a PIN, and a receipt for every transfer.
What you can do today
- Send to any phone number. No bank account needed on either end — just a phone number and a PIN.
- Cash in or cash out nearby. Hand cash to a local agent to top up your wallet, or withdraw instantly through the same network.
- See every transaction, always. A full history and real-time alerts, so you always know where your money is.
Built for how South Sudan actually moves money
Every account is PIN- and KYC-verified. Transfers settle in seconds, not days. And everything runs in SSP — built for the currency people actually use, not converted from somewhere else.
Every corner has an agent. Every agent is your bank.
Running a shop or a kiosk?
Agents are the backbone of Tiimpay — the people who turn a wallet balance into cash in someone's hand, and cash into a wallet balance. If you run a shop, a kiosk, or already move money informally, you can turn that counter into a cash point and earn commission on every transaction you process.
What's next
This is a first release, not a finished product. We're building the agent network corner by corner, and we'll be shipping fast based on what people actually need. If something doesn't work the way it should, tell us — support is built right into the app.
Tiimpay is available now for Android and iOS.
